It’s done. FocusGTD3 has been released to the public. It has been a long way with lots of challenges but finally, I am glad it is out. FocusGTD3 has been in development for over a year. While visually it looks the same as the previous version, its all new under the hood. We got a new database, a new sync engine and a large portion of the source code has been revamped.
FocusGTD3 is the only app that will sync with OmniFocus 3.

- Omnifocus encrypted sync file format
- Tags!
- Forecast view
- All operations for Tasks / Projects
- Repeating tasks
- Task Notes (including text styles)
- Notifications with snooze when Tasks become due
- Widgets
- Create new task from share sheet
Which features are currently not supported
- Geo-Fencing and task locations
- Perspectives (the app does however feature a number of useful queries / lists)
- Attachments
- No integrated calendar in Forecast View
- Custom alarms
